The Customer Support Department is the first point of contact if the customers have any query or problem with regards to the company�s services. The intention of the customer support is to assist customers should they have any query on products or services provided by the company. Should the problem un-able to resolve by the Customer Support Department, the matter shall be escalated to other department of the company such as Engineering, Finance and Admin, or Sales and Marketing Department for further resolution.
